HOW DO I REGISTER? 
It's simple! Please mail a completed copy of the form below along with either the 25 percent deposit now or the full fee less Early Bird Discount (25% ( on workshops where an Early Bird Discount is offered) to be recieved by May 1st. 2008, to the following address:

It is recommended that you email us to let us know that you have mailed it so we can book your spot immediately and keep an eye out for your cheque.
 
Acceptable modes of payment are cheque on Canadian banks or money orders payable to Gary Smith.
 
Final payment must be received no later than June 1st, 2008.
 

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:
Please read the following conditions:

1. Cancellation policy:  Full refunds are given up to 30 days before the workshop start date. Thereafter participants will forfeit the deposit. ANY CANCELLATION/CHANGE OCCURRING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORKSHOP WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR CREDITED TOWARDS FUTURE WORKSHOPS.
 
2. Acts of God: While it is unlikely that a workshop may be cancelled, unpredicted events can dictate otherwise. In this case a full refund of the workshop fee would apply. It is recommended, nevertheless, that all traveling participants purchase travel insurance from their travel agents.
 
3. Waiver: Kindly note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage participants may suffer in the course of the workshop due to theft, accident, illness or bodily injury.
