HOWEVER: You are not obliged to do art, creativity or photography; just do this as you feel necessary. The whole point is to experience culturally in real life a region of Italy as no other tourist tour can do.
PLANNING MEETINGS: The tour group will meet before leaving to express their wishes so that we can customize accordingly for you.
NB: This team is organizing similar travel and cultural experiences, in Kenya this October, in Segovia next year, South America in the near future, repeating this Sicilian experience and all the future ones yearly.
SICILY WORKSHOPS WILL INCLUDE:
This ‘escape’ is meant to be a full holiday of for 2 weeks. This is a Cultural Art Escape. Besides the art workshops, unlike the regular tourists, you will be guided by Daniel who is a neighbour of the locals to places of archeological and historical interest, where pottery has been produced since before the times of the Greeks, where medieval ‘scapes have been used as movie settings (Cinema Paradiso), where the Normans defined multiculturalism. You will be able to photograph and draw from the Greek ruins in Agrigento, Villa Armerina, to Palermo and its 16th Century botanical garden.

He will be your host, guide and interpreter in addition to one of your coaches.
(We will even be visiting his villa in an olive grove.)
